League Of Legends 13.1 Patch Introduces Season 2023 With Jayce Hammer Buffs And More

After announcing its Season 2023 plans yesterday, today Riot Games has delivered full details on the League of Legends 13.1 patch that will kick off the new year.

Jayce is the Champion benefiting most from the LoL 13.1 patch, as two of his special moves while in Hammer Form will receive damage buffs, which Riot says is happening "to help balance out his stances." 13 other Champions are receiving changes, a list which includes the following:
