The law firm Zashin & Rich confirmed it fired partner Jon Dileno after an inflammatory text he sent a female colleague.

A Cleveland law firm fired a partner after his text message to a former coworker was posted online. The partner's text berated a female attorney for leaving the firm after her maternity leave. A leader at the firm said in a statement that he was "disappointed" at the conduct.
