Candace Cameron Bure broke down in tears while reflecting on her struggle with depression.

The 47-year-old actress shared a clip from Wednesday's episode of her podcast in which she got candid about feeling "shame" over opening up about her feelings to others. 

"[Depression] is such a lonely place, and it’s very difficult to speak out about it, even to your most trusted people," she told author Jennie Allen.
