Tobias Myers recalled, Jake Bauers reinstated from bereavement list to fill roster spots

The Brewers have placed left-handed pitcher Wade Miley on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to his last start on April 19, with left elbow inflammation. The team also optioned Andruw Monasterio to Triple-A Nashville, recalled right-handed pitcher Tobias Myers from Triple-A, and reinstated Jake Bauers from the bereavement list.
