Dodgers plan for James Paxton includes extra rest at times

Paxton allowed only one run Tuesday in Washington, but on the season has more walks (17) than strikeouts (11). Dodgers plan to give him five days rest before his next start on Monday in Phoenix, which means either a spot start or bullpen game this weekend in Toronto.
