Thursday night saw the Yankees wrap up their series against the Athletics, and not in great fashion. They had the bases loaded and nobody out in the first inning, only to squander that chance. That ended up becoming a theme, as the Yankees stranded a bunch of baserunners in a 3-1 loss to Oakland.
