Josh Jung departed in the fifth inning when his finger wouldn’t stop bleeding

Texas Rangers third baseman Josh Jung left Sunday’s game against the San Francisco Giants in the fifth inning. The issue appeared to be that he cut his finger barehanding a ground ball, and the cut kept bleeding as the game went on. Josh Smith moved from shortstop to third base to take his place, with Nick Ahmed coming into the game at shortstop.
