A good night's sleep is the best gift you can give yourself, but with the constant cycle of bad news and increased stress of daily life, it's no surprise that many of us are tossing and turning at night rather than catching some z's. A 2023 study out of Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston found that just 31 percent of people are getting the recommended seven or more hours of sleep a night.
