Jackson Merrill has returned from the injury list and Jake Cronenworth should be activated by the weekend.

By week’s end, the San Diego Padres starting lineup should be fully intact with the expected return of Jake Cronenworth for the Colorado Rockies series. The team is playing great baseball as they battle the Los Angeles Dodgers for the top spot in the National League West.
