Let’s discuss where things stand with the stadium debate.

At the end of last week, the Kansas City Chiefs requested a deadline extension for a stadium package offered by the state of Kansas, indicating serious consideration for a move across the state line. The team’s lease agreement with Jackson County runs through the 2030 NFL season, expiring in January 2031.
