After an off day on Thursday, the Sox will visit the Nationals in the nation’s capital.

On paper, the Sox are approaching what might be the easiest week on the schedule. An off-day going into a three game series in Washington against the Nationals followed by a return home to play the Colorado Rockies, who are currently on pace to lose the most games of any team in MLB history.
