Cleveland Indians sign David Lough to a minor league deal

It appears to be a cheap insurance policy if any other outfielders are hurt.

The Cleveland Indians signed free agent OF David Lough to a minor league contract and assigned him to the Columbus Clippers this morning.

MOVES:

RHP Carlos Frias - accepted outright assignment
INF Todd Hankins - transferred from Akron
OF David Lough - signed free agent
