The Mariners lost a pair of players on waiver claims to the Dodgers in one fell swoop on Friday.
Los Angeles has claimed both utility man Mike Freeman and right-handed pitcher Chris Heston. Each player had been designated for assignment in recent days by Seattle. The Dodgers have optioned the duo to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
