Judges ruling makes it official, Ezekiel Elliott will play this week versus Washington

The NFL’s request for a speedy hearing is rejected.

The Dallas Cowboys will have Ezekiel Elliott on the field this weekend when they travel to Washington to take on their NFC East rival. The temporary restraining order granted to Elliott and the NFLPA last week remains in effect until the new judge in the case holds a hearing on October 30th.
