DAVIE–The Dolphins anticipate going without starting quarterback Jay Cutler this week and possibly beyond as he recovers from two fractured ribs.
Miami coach Adam Gase said he thinks Matt Moore will make his first start of the season Thursday at Baltimore. He came in for Cutler early in the third quarter Sunday and led the Dolphins to a 31-28 comeback victory over the Jets.
