Over the years, the Boston Red Sox, have had a number of really good third basemen. Wade Boggs. Bill Mueller. Mike Lowell. Kevin Youkilis. But the Red Sox have struggled for a number of years now to find a reliable, long-term third basemen. Adrian Beltré was awesome but only stayed for one season.
