The Kansas City Chiefs signed cornerback David Amerson to a one-year, $2.25 million deal, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The Oakland Raiders released Amerson on Feb. 5, clearing upwards of $6 million in cap space, and it’s relevant to the San Francisco 49ers for a number of reasons.
